Plan, direct, and supervise the activities of the Fisheries Services Division consisting of a seven person staff of biometricians, quantitative biologists, and data technicians. Provide technical support to tribes for the sampling, monitoring, and management of their fish and shellfish fisheries. Provide statistical analysis and fishery modeling services to tribal and Commission technical staff. Participate in federal and international management processes that impact tribal fisheries, e.g., the Pacific Fishery Management Council, Pacific Salmon Commission, and International Pacific Halibut Commission.
