These positions are in Region 1, Water Division, Drinking Water Branch, Municipal Assistance Section.

Duties

At the entry level of this position, you will:

– Review State Revolving Fund (SRF) Intended Use Plans, annual/biannual reports, financial statements, audit reports and other SRF documents;

– Assist regional and state staff on the administration, management and accounting responsibilities of federal assistance recipients for infrastructure projects; 

– Provide guidance to state staff on the administration, management and fiscal oversight of State Revolving Fund grant awards;

– Generate accounting and financial reports to assist management and Project Officers with oversight of Federal Financial Assistance Agreements.

When entering a Federal job at a grade level lower than the highest promotion potential level, you may be promoted to more complex duties and work more independently, as your career progresses.
