Join us in this role where you’ll manage our administrative staff within Facilities Management located in multiple cities on the East Coast. You’ll play an integral part in our rapidly growing U.S. Facilities Team by utilizing your FM skills and expertise within our multiple office locations.

Welcome to Facilities Management

You’ll be part of our FM Team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure that our administrative staff of five support the business needs of each location and the meticulous maintenance of our offices. This role reports to the Head of Facilities Management for U.S. Commercial Facilities and supports leased offices on the East Coast. 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing the day-to-day operations of the Facilities administrative staff members
  • assisting with new office construction project
  • creating and maintaining operational budgets.

  • possess strategic planning skills
  • have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • possess an analytical mind and have problem-solving skills
  • are dedicated and passionate about maintaining our offices to the highest standards.
