Candidates must have a complimentary set of skills and experience that will allow the ideal candidate to develop processes and structures as well as foster collaborative interdepartmental relationships to advance equity from cradle to career by improving learning opportunities and addressing disparities that result in social inequality by using a human-centered systems minded approach, and relying on a colleagueship of expertise. The ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:Researching, evaluating, and assessing the effectiveness and indicators such as those associated with the domains of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Praxis CollaborativeOrganizing and operationalizing processes and procedures for the district’s national, state, and local aligned assessment systemApplying program evaluation methodology and operations to district and department initiatives including but not limited to DEI, aligned assessment system, and data visualization systemProviding information from department initiatives to various stakeholders in a variety of mediums with strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, and attention to audience Requirements:*Any combination equivalent to: bachelor’s degree in business or related field and five years increasingly responsible supervisory and/or management experience; advanced degree preferred.*Valid California driver’s license.
