We are working with a prestigious client who is looking for an US Equity Analyst (“Analyst”) to join its investment team based in Boston, MA

The Analyst will be a generalist responsible for in-depth company research across industries in the US portfolio. The ideal candidate is finishing their MBA in the following months or has 1-3 post MBA years of experience in public equity investment.

The Analyst’s primary responsibility will be to perform fundamental bottom-up equity research analysis and to contribute ideas to portfolio decision-making within the team’s disciplined investment process. Research involves extensive reading, spreadsheet modeling and interviewing management teams. Presentation involves coherent and persuasive writing and communication to senior research professionals and clients.

 

The ideal candidate will have

·      2-5 years of experience working as a buy side analyst

·      Be smart, hardworking and exceptionally articulate

·      Excellent analytical skills and a passion for value investing

·      MBA or CFA is a plus

·      Experience in both financial and fundamental analysis including modeling

·      Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
