Global Talent Acquisition

Entry-level – Remote USA (ideally based in NYC, ATX, or LA)

The Opportunity:

To play a key role in GQR’s Talent Acquisition (TA) function by attracting, engaging & hiring top talent into the global business, with a primary focus on one of our 4 front office recruitment divisions (Life Sciences, Legal, Technology & Trading, Nursing). You will be working closely with our Talent Acquisition Leadership team and collaborating with Divisional Heads and our Directors to scale and grow our company.

You will have the opportunity to join an existing, high-performing team and to receive 5 weeks of intensive training to set you up for success. You will initially begin learning the ‘top of funnel’ process to attract, identify, engage & screen candidates; with the option to learn more of the recruitment process throughout your first 12 months, leading to a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Consultant promotion.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in highly targeted fast-paced environments
  • Proven record of success (academics, sport, targets, sales)
  • High GPA, degree classification, or equivalent
  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated
  • Confident communicator and natural leadership skills
  • A personality that thrives in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • Entrepreneurial – self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment
  • Ability to hit and surpass KPIs and set challenging goals to master tasks Ability to persevere through obstacles and challenges
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
  • Ideally, 1-year experience in a sales or performance-based business
