As a member of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering effective solutions as part of our Retirement Solutions business group within Aon in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Your Impact As An Entry Level Employee Benefits Analyst

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

The Employee Benefits Analyst will work directly with organizations to collect employee benefit plan details, which will be used in our Benefit Index and Benefit SpecSelect tools. The subjects include retirement, health, welfare, time off and financial assistance.

 

Responsibilities also include using Aon’s proprietary systems to determine the economic value of employee benefit plans as they apply to various employee populations. Responsible for a portfolio of over 100 clients.

Requirements:

  • Basic to moderate knowledge of Excel specific to creating, formatting and evaluating formulas and working within templates.
  • Good written, oral and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding time management skills; possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.

Education:

  • Degree Required- highly preferred in Mathematics
