Your Impact As An Entry Level Employee Benefits Analyst
The Employee Benefits Analyst will work directly with organizations to collect employee benefit plan details, which will be used in our Benefit Index and Benefit SpecSelect tools. The subjects include retirement, health, welfare, time off and financial assistance.
Responsibilities also include using Aon’s proprietary systems to determine the economic value of employee benefit plans as they apply to various employee populations. Responsible for a portfolio of over 100 clients.

- Outstanding time management skills; possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
- Degree Required- highly preferred in Mathematics
