Aon’s New Ventures Group is looking for a Growth Enablement Analyst!

NVG works collaboratively with colleagues across Aon’s global network of more than 600 offices in 120 countries.

This role falls under Aon’s early career development program, known as Launch. The Launch program is a supplemental opportunity for recent college recruits to accelerate their personal and career development at Aon.

A Growth Enablement Analyst within the New Ventures Group will:

  • Assist with overall sales processes and pipeline management in support of initiatives across the New Ventures Group
  • Work across a diverse, global team and deliver best in class results through organized execution of special projects, including project management, strategy development, and execution
  • Support business development leaders with:
  • Data analysis and research
  • Presentation creation
  • Strategy development and execution
  • Begin to develop/acquire general industry knowledge across the NVG portfolio

Education and Experience:

Applicants for this role, which is part of the Launch program, must graduate between December 2021 – June 2022 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

The Launch Program was established to mentor and develop future business leaders. This program “launches” the Aon careers of our campus hires in various full-time positions across the company. The Launch training curriculum prepares participants for success as they build relationships and explore growth opportunities throughout the organization.
