Department/Project overview:
· Drop Ship Supply Chain – Our organization has responsibility for all drop ship purchase orders for TD SYNNEX – North America – Advanced solution division and this includes integrity and accuracy from PO placement through end-user receipt (physical products or service /license activation).
Areas of the business that the intern would partner with:
· Supply Chain, Sales, Operations
Project responsibilities/deliverables:
· Analysis of reports as compared to SAP- (ERP) system for upcoming/past due order status
· Hands on ETA updates and report creation for order status.
· Project work on Vendor summaries and CIS/SAP metrics
· Create an illustrative summary to track improvement opportunities and actions with select vendors with help of manager.
· Help create a summary to document impact and action plan on CIS gaps for drop ship purchasing with help of manager and Director.
· Work with Purchasing Managers on steps to create reporting metrics in Power BI for CIS/SAP conversion
