We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Computational Biology team this summer to help us identify and evaluate novel CRISPR nucleases. You will learn about and develop core information systems to tackle a range of challenges including high-throughput experimental design and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis. What we’re looking for Undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics or a related fieldInterest in CRISPR biologyExperience working with sequencing data Strong programming experience in PythonKnowledge of software development practices such as version controlAbility to communicate and collaborate with both computational and biological scientistsInternship will last 8-12 weeks during Summer 2021 and will be remoteArbor Biotechnologies is an equal opportunity employer.
