The Office of Management and Finance serves as an engine for the City of Portland, providing internal services from technology to tax collection. Led by the chief administrative officer, this team operates city-wide programs and brings together bureaus to develop new ways of doing business. The CityFleet Business Systems Analyst II works in a team which provides a comprehensive fleet management program, and responsibly fulfills the vehicle and equipment needs of City customers through cost-effective and dedicated personal service.
This position will be part of a three person team supporting fleet software for today’s vehicles while also planning support for the net zero emissions vehicles of tomorrow. The team collaborates with a Green Fleet Analyst to ensure that accurate, reliable, data is available to allow data driven decisions to guide us to that net zero emissions future. This positions will have an emphasis on fuel management systems, liaising with the City’s Bureau of Technology Services, and promoting a consistent tone and formatting of technology related communications.
