The Change Management Analyst, will be an integral part of the Beyond People Team and will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing team member adoption and buy-in. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to people, processes, systems, job roles and organization structures. The Change Management Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand and assess their challenges and collaborate with Beyond People Team colleagues to design, develop and deliver solutions. This role will report to the Director, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness and will interface directly withcompany leadership across product, business, and functional teams, working closely with key cross-functional stakeholders in driving a talent agenda that aligns with business priorities.Tasks, Duties, & General Responsibilities:Contribute to organizational change and communications strategy, solutions, and implementation plansCultivate relationships with Beyond Meat’s department leaders and teams; appropriately managing stakeholder expectations and buy-inIdentify people, process, system improvement opportunities as a result of stakeholder conversations and helping to develop ways to influence change and increase adoptionLearn and share innovative talent management concepts, methods and best practicesBuilding and deploying learning and organizational excellence solutions to support people, process, system changesApply communications and engagement strategies and helping to draft, sequence and deliver messages across various stakeholder groupsPlan own work efforts; adhering to work plans, project plans, and budgetsIdentify issues and risks created by cross-team decisions, proposing resolution, as appropriateNotice, document and communicate dependencies between People Team initiatives, making recommendations to project leads/supervisorEducation, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant change, HR, project management experience preferred3.0 or higher cumulative (overall) GPAChange management certification or designation desiredProject Management certification or designation desiredPrevious Experience:Experience with organizational change efforts, working in a change management roleExperience in design thinking methodology and processExperience in business process improvement initiativesExperience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with MS Visio a plusEducation, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has some proven experience many/all of the below.Knowledge:A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsSkills:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent active listening skillsProblem solving and root cause identification skillsAcute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesExcellent PC skills including mastery in MS PowerPoint and proficiency in other MS Office programsAbilities: Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalFlexible and adaptable; able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous situationsResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereForward looking with a holistic approachOrganized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tacticsAble to work effectively at all levels in an organizationMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersWORK ENVIRONMENT:Ability to work long, flexible hoursAbility to work in a virtual/remote setting
