It’s an operation that works cross-functionally with teams across Amazon globally, and is driven by data and performance indicators. The Amazon Robotics (AR) Operations organization actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.The Change Management and Operations Excellence Analyst will report to the Operational Excellence Manager of Technical Operations, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. The Operational Excellence function is responsible for managing the change processes and for leading processes and tools continuous improvement activities within the Technical Operations team and across the Robotics Operations.This role will ensure that documentation releases and changes follow proper processes within the PLM (Agile) system and will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Operations systems and tools. It will report on process metrics, facilitate internal ECO reviews, create and deliver training on the PLM system and change management processes, and investigate change management, and related processes for improvement opportunities and implement them.Successful candidates will have a strong experience in Product Lifecycle and Engineering Change Management Processes, problem solving and process mapping. Also, should be comfortable with working cross-functionally and have the ability to produce results working independently.Responsibilities:Manage the approval processes within Agile for all Engineering Change activities.Perform a clerical review of documentation packages prior to release or revision.Monitor the performance of and contribute to continuous improvement in the PLM processes.Maintain a high standard of data integrity through all aspects of the change process.Involved in the Change Control Board (CCB) process to ensure high process quality.Provide guidance to PLM user community on PLM best practices.Analyze existing processes and tools, and identify opportunities to deliver new capabilities or to fill gaps.Execute process and tools continuous improvement projects and other productivity related projects.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
