Job Description:

The Campus Solutions (CS) Support Analyst provides support in the development, evaluation, and maintenance of the MDConnect Campus Solutions Modules. The position also assists with the implementation of system upgrades, validation of data for enhancements, troubleshooting, fixes, security and training.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Provides functional system support in the maintenance and enhancement of Campus Solutions modules and provides solutions to include table maintenance, testing, integration and collaboration with IT

•Troubleshoots, develops solutions and resolves user reported issues pertaining to advisement, admissions, campus community and student records

•Monitors, analyzes and evaluates systems utilization to ensure appropriate and efficient use of applications 

•Collaborates with IT Business Analysts to create ad hoc reports and queries based on user requirements and maintains optimal functionality of Campus Solutions modules

Minimum Requirements: 

•Master’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of experience in student services; or Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution and six (6) years of experience in student services 

•Comprehensive knowledge and experience of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and more specifically, academic advisement, admissions and student records

•Ability to analyze system problems and develop solutions through configuration of system
