Job Description:

Main position responsibilities:

  • Purchasing of material and services
  • Entering and maintaining the integrity of Material Resource Planning (MRP)
  • Facilitate cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Develop production Bills of Materials (BOM) including parts and process documentation
  • Shipping and receiving 
  • Processing RMAs

Development opportunities:

  • Manufacturing planning and logistics
  • Supply chain management
  • Business operations financing 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or AA with 3+ years of equivalent logistical, inventory tracking, supply chain, and forecasting work experience
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Understanding of business operations
  • Demonstrated the ability to form a plan and execute that plan
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Self-Motivated to problem solve, make continuous improvements, as well as make decisions
  • Ability to present in front of 10+ participants
  • Excellent communication skills: phone calls, Teams calls, emails, in person conversation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Expandable ERP, Arena, SQL servers, and HTML
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics
