Primary Job Function:

• Engage with Product Owners and vendors on the preparation and readiness for portal enhancements and data repository reporting
• Work with multi-functional teams to assemble technical requirements to introduce a new concept
• Work with development team on standardization and documentation of current/future state of existing applications
• Creation of various reports and/or dashboards using tools such as PowerBI
• Drive software and hardware deployment efficiency through engagement with stakeholders, reviewing data trends and reports
• Act as a point of escalation for Technology deployments
• Collaborate and build strong relationships and alignment with deployment customers on solution bundle transition, training, documentation, and support matters to ensure rapid and repeatable deployment process

Skills/Knowledge

• 1-3+ years’ experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience with software deployment to large numbers of end points
• Ability to develop project schedules, communicate deadlines, enforce project deadlines and creatively solve issues
• Willingness to explore development with Angular Web and C Sharp Windows applications
• Experience with Jira and Confluence desired
• Able to work with culturally diverse teams across levels in a global organization and in an extensively outsourced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, organized and meticulous
• Recognize and communicate areas of opportunity for product, process and service improvements

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date
• Currently working on or has Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Technical understanding of programming languages (C/C++) Note: PowerShell and XML
• Ability to interpret requirements and understand technical specifications documents
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Experience with PowerBI and reporting and dashboard creation
• Confirmed analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Excellent time management skills
• Creative problem solver able to look to the future beyond the ways things have typically been done
