The Bureau of Development Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to join the team.

This is a Limited Duration position.

What you’ll get to do:

·        Conduct customer interviews to understand business process and determine system needs and requirements

• Prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation for project planning, execution, testing, and implementation
• Conduct business process analysis
• Design and implement process improvements to support effective technical solutions
• Contribute to the maintenance, operation, and development of Citywide or Bureau-/Office-specific systems
