Business Process Analyst – 006ZCDCustomers and partners are transforming how they decide, procure and manage technology based on the value created by connectivity. Connectivity has created channel business models that rely on digital enablers from solution specification to entailment management. These enablers play a key role in reducing the friction of our partners and customers across a digital supply chain used to deliver software and service products. The Business Process Analyst will analyze, develop, and document business processes aimed at delivering a seamless digital journey for software and service solution focused on partner lead business models. This BPA will be responsible for facilitating business process discussions with key stakeholders, mapping existing and new workflows, collecting and using data, and providing business requirements to deliver digital strategy.Major duties and responsibilities:•   Develop a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology & documentation.•   Work and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand key business goals and objectives for a new or existing process.•   Perform business requirements gathering and analysis: process mapping & design of current/future, detailing dependencies of connected applications, and potential level of effort. Identify risks and provide recommendations.•   Identify, analyze, and document business requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) in the form of User Stories, Functional Specs, Process Maps, or other formats as needed•   Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to translate and communicate complex business problems into technical solutions.•   Work with testing, development and business stakeholders to validate business/systems requirements have been met.•   Define metrics, analysis, and dashboards required to measure success business processes.Required qualifications and skills:•  2 + years relevant BPA experience with highly matrixed environment•   Prefer experience in applying and/or Certification in the following: CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ITIL•   Expertise in process mapping applications: Visio, Lucidchart, •   Great communication and interpersonal skills•   Strong professional and organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills, and be able to work independently.•   Execution oriented, highly motivated problem-solver•   Excellent critical thinking skillsSchneider Electric is the global specialist in energy management and automation, operating in 130 countries with over 170,000 employees.
