We are currently accepting applications for a Business Consultant Intern for our office in Torrance, CA.  We are seeking candidates near graduation or recent graduates.

The Business Consultant Intern will support the Calsoft team in providing business and technology solutions and in helping clients achieve more efficient processes. The intern will be exposed to real world challenges and rewarding experiences, including participating in the documentation, design, and research processes. The ideal candidate must have a strong a desire to gain exposure to the consulting field, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be motivated to learn.

Essential Functions

1. Assisting with capturing and documenting client needs
2. Providing design and strategy support for the design of custom business solutions
3. Creating requirements specification documents and PowerPoint presentations
4. Supporting client projects and internal initiatives by producing high-quality deliverables and participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions
5. Conducting industry and client research and analysis
6. Assisting with ensuring that company application solutions comply with defined requirements
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist with business development, product development, and marketing efforts
