BUSINESS ANALYST INTERNSHIPS

The Indianapolis Tech Ecosystem seeks passionate students to work as Business Analyst Interns in the summer of 2022. In this role you will work alongside experienced practitioners to actively contribute to meaningful projects and gain valuable experience. This is an opportunity to apply the knowledge you’ve learned in the classroom and develop the skills you’ll need for the next step in your career.

WORK AT A RAPIDLY-GROWING TECH COMPANY 

The Xtern program places you with a high-growth tech company for a 10-week, full time, paid internship over the summer with free housing. Xtern finalists will interview with three-to-five potential tech companies for their internship on November 12th, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the analysis of business goals, objectives, and needs
  • Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Perform research and analysis in support of operations
  • Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
  • Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
  • Help launch new initiatives as assigned
  • May perform additional projects upon request

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business Administration or related major
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Previous internship experience a plus
