Position Overview:
Redwood Advisors is hiring an Associate Consultant. In this role, you will work directly with our team and be responsible for a combination of research, synthesis, analysis, presentation creation, project management and administrative tasks.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
– Gathering research on a market or topic and synthesizing into key insights and trends (e.g., market size, growth prospects, key segments)
– Formulating and testing hypotheses on potential opportunities to improve business processes
– Gathering and analyzing basic financial information (e.g., 10-Ks, annual reports, internal statements) and identifying trends and insights (e.g., margin growth)
– Assisting and working with our client team(s) on live projects as needed
– Developing and communicating recommendations
– Creating executive level presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, Excel models)
– Project management (e.g., project conception, planning and design, execution)
– Business development (e.g., gathering potential client lists, identifying potential opportunities)

– All candidates with substantial degree programs (e.g., History, English, Economics) and a strong
academic record given equal consideration; business majors not required
– All candidates should include their GPA and graduation year on their resume
