Business AnalystNeed: Cloud and Infrastructure (C&I) is Unisys’ Cloud business unit with the goal to deliver extraordinary value for all clients through the effective use of hybrid-cloud solutions. As part of this team, you will help build on the reputation and experience that have grown significantly over the past years with our clients and within our industry. You will be expected to manage business operations, partner relationship and support analyst briefings to help promote C&I solutions.Key Responsibilities: Designs or modifies business processes and the corresponding information technology solutions.Performs analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, researching gaps and providing process and/or development solutions.Collaborate with Solution Architects to align sales opportunities with C&I capabilities.Makes recommendations to address specific business needs for information technology-based solutions.Collaborates with multiple cross-functional areas externally and internally in the implementation of system and business processes.Analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, and track KPI’s.Enable streamlined management of financials inclusive of SI funding and monitoring of costs.Drive Cloud certification program in collaboration with Unisys University team.Drive partner programs and competency initiatives e. g. Migration competency, Well-Architected certifications. Oversight of content to accurately map resource requirements, process, standard solution documents and sales artifacts (Uni Pal, Solution Central).Maintain an active channel of communication to promote our solutions and capabilities, Internal DU communication – internal and external.Oversee account provisioning process & audit for AWS, Azure and GCP domains. Support external partner alliance audits for AWS and Azure.Coordinate and support analyst briefings – ISG, Gartner, Nelson Hall in collaboration with Marketing. Track and manage resource requirements for Solution team (RFP Engagement, active client support).Collaborate with business operations team to drive recoverable and billable targets.Create content for leadership meeting and external analyst briefings.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsKey Qualifications:A minimum 2 years of professional experienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” MajorsExperience in Cloud FinOps, Cloud Cost Management and Cloud Governance areasKnowledge of AWS, Azure and/or Google public cloudsKnowledge of Public Cloud Hosting offerings and consumption modelsPublic Cloud certifications at a ‘Fundamental’ level desired. ‘Professional’ will be plusExperience with and knowledge of: Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and OutlookExperienced in delivering high caliber soft skills including time management, interpersonal skills, work flow management and customer serviceUnderstands business and financial strategies and is able to operate successfully with little supervision.Advanced writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate details for use in financial reports and documentation.Knowledge of budget forecasting at the project and program levels is preferred.Strong Data Analytic skills Data analytics lead for project data, focused on views by Client, Industry, Service Line and key offerings for various time frames and regions.Advanced and strategic thinking skillsStrong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysisData Analysis skills using dashboards, MSBI output and Microsoft office suite
