The FOX Corporation Ad Sales Department is seeking a dynamic candidate for the Programmatic Billing Analyst position. The Programmatic Billing Analyst will help coordinate Programmatic revenue and billing operations, aid in managing SSP partner relationships, generate revenue reports, and collaborate closing with the Programmatic Solutions team and Ad Sales Finance.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Programmatic Solutions team and Ad Sales Finance in monthly programmatic billing reconciliation
  • Monitor and analyze SSP and Reseller partners’ campaign delivery and financials against in-house data
  • Use various advertising delivery platforms to reconcile inaccuracies. Follow up with external Finance teams when necessary
  • Assist Sales Management with reporting needs, including proactive bid activity reporting, deal health, revenue reporting, and any ad hoc reporting requests, as needed
  • Responsible for keeping current billing processes documented and accurate in partnership with Ad Sales Finance
  • Collaborate with numerous departments: Planning, Sales, Finance, Operations, Yield, and Ad Tech

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Digital media experience
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering quality results
  • Ability to work effectively with business and technical people at all levels, including senior management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in TV, Ad Tech, Digital Media, Consulting, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of Programmatic landscape. Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, auction models, etc
