How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As an Advanced Research Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for designing cutting-edge analog, RF (Radio Frequency), opto-electronic, and mixed-signal digital circuits. This role will be based in Lowell, Massachusetts.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Designing, simulating, and debugging circuits alongside our experienced engineers
  • Operating lab equipment, including an oscilloscope, network analyzer, and spectrum analyzer
  • Soldering and making things work in the lab
  • Developing cutting edge DOSCIS 4.0 solutions that enable 10 Gbps communication to the home with technologies such as extended spectrum up to 1.8 GHz and full-duplex communication where RF signals are simultaneously transmitted bidirectionally at the same frequency on a single cable
  • Becoming a part of the team that is defining the future of access solutions

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Junior or Senior standing in a BS or master’s degree program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited university
  • Previous coursework in Electrical Engineering, Math, and Science
  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
