THE PROGRAMThe Accelerated Development Program is a critical component of Enact’s talent pipeline by developing dynamic entry level talent through a combination of technical rotational assignments, dedicated training, and stretch projects. We look to Analysts to provide cutting edge ideas and skills that will drive business success.Beginning in June 2022, Analysts will complete 4 rotational assignments over two years, receiving comprehensive technical and developmental feedback and coaching throughout. Analysts are guaranteed placement in Enact upon successful completion of the program, contingent on sustained strong performance at a minimum.Analysts can expect to:Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and change-oriented work environmentBuild a strong network of peers and mentorsAttend on-site and virtual technical and professional development classesParticipate in sponsored community service eventsUtilize advanced Excel and Tableau techniques and programmingWork with large data setsYOUR ROLERotational assignments balance current business and individual development needs.
