SEMLER BROSSY INTERNSHIP Our Interns support our client service teams and are primarily responsible for research and data analysis, but also learning our industry and developing new ideas and client solutions, culminating in a capstone presentation. Our firm is highly collaborative and, as an intern, you will be a deeply involved team member, working across several initiatives and working closely with Associates to understand the client work. We will expect you to be thoughtful and strategic, to be a part of solution creation, and to exhibit genuine engagement in our work.

WHY SEMLER BROSSY Our Interns work across a broad range of critical business and compensation issues, and have a tremendous opportunity to get exposure to the real consulting work that our teams do with the management teams and boards of directors at our clients. A staff of roughly 70 means you will get to know your colleagues and work on multiple client teams with consistent exposure to and feedback from a variety of firm leadership. We are committed to developing our Interns with onboarding and ongoing training opportunities, ongoing feedback and mentorship, and the complete support needed to be successful as Interns and, ideally, future Consultants.
