职位描述

1、负责贝壳数据分析工作，通过对数据深入分析产出，助力贝壳业务发展；

2、通过专项分析，输出专项分析报告，为业务决策提供数据支持；

3、在导师指导下对业务策略和活动进行数据分析和评估，并提出阶段性优化和调整建议和可执行的解决方案；

4、负责日常监测报表的产出及维护。

“1.Responsible for the data analysis of KE Holdings Inc, assist our company’s business development through an in-depth analysis of data.

2.Through thorough analysis, unique output analysis reports providing data support for business decision-making.

3.Under the guidance of the supervisor, conduct data analysis and evaluation of business strategies and activities, and propose phased optimization and adjustment suggestions and executable solutions;

4.Responsible for the output and maintenance of daily monitoring reports.”

职位要求

1、数学/经济学/社会学/统计学/计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、熟练使用常用的分析方法和工具（如同比/环比，SQL/R/python等）；

3、概率统计基础知识扎实，善于发现数字分布和规律；

4、思考严密，逻辑思维能力强，喜欢研究和分解问题，找到关键点；

5、喜欢团队合作，对问题有自己的见解，执行力强。

“1.Mathematics/economics/sociology/statistics/I.T and other related majors, bachelor degree or above

2.Proficiency in using standard analysis methods and tools (such as year-on-year basis/month-to-month ratio, SQL/R/python, etc.);

3.Solid basic knowledge of probability and statistics, good at discovering number distribution and laws;

4.Rigorous thinking, strong logical thinking ability, like to study and decompose problems, able to find the key points;
