Automotive Players have varied regulatory environment, product portfolios, maturity of technology, etc. Tata Motors Ltd. is interested in mapping out the global and local benchmarks on ADAS / Autonomous to arrive at the technology strategy and sufficiency plan till 2030 to stay ahead of the curve and bringing its vision into reality. The project will cover the entire TML Commercial Vehicle portfolio from 0.5 Ton Small truck to a big 55 Ton truck segments.·        Tata Motors Ltd is in the process of revamping its current Connected Vehicle Services for its commercial vehicles portfolio from 0.5 Ton Small truck to a big 55 Ton truck segments. However, TML would like to be prepared for any disruptive megatrends which will enable advent of more use cases and monetisation opportunities in future. Therefore, the project will focus on creating TML’s connected vehicle strategy till 2030.Tata Motors manufactures Electric Vehicles in its Commercial Vehicles portfolio. The vehicles range from small commercial vehicles to big buses with business model being mainly tender based. For electric vehicles, Connectivity is a must. However, the potential hasn’t been utilised fully yet. The purpose of the project will be to develop a roadmap of Connectivity for Electric Vehicles and defining actionable strategy for in vehicle interfaces.   Design a comprehensive customer experience across the entire customer journey stage (Discover, Try, Buy, Service and Resale) to suit the client and market context covering:
