L3Harris.comJob Description:Utilize Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system plan replenishments and release shop orders to meet sales order commitments. Manage Inventory levels to balance customer service goals as well as inventory goals.Work jointly with Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality teams to execute build plans and address any issues in a timely mannerWork with Procurement and Production teams to proactively manage the schedule and material dock dates to ensure accuracy of planningProvide material status and updates as requiredDevelop and implement plans to meet customer contractual delivery schedulesUpdate items lead times within MRP systemDemonstrate continuous improvement by working projects to deliver increasing value.Qualifications:Ability to obtain US Security ClearanceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related degreeGPA of 3.0 or greaterPreferred Skills: Knowledge and/or experience in scheduling or supply chain planning preferred. Strong computer and analytical skills combined with the ability to manage large amounts of quantitative dataProficient in the use Microsoft Office software; working knowledge of relational data bases.Knowledge and/or experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) or other enterprise planning and scheduling suiteAbility to actively listen to customer and plant issues, efficiently troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a timely and customer focused mannerDemonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsProficient organization, conflict management, and adaptable in a rapidly changing environmentCPIM or CSCP certificationSecurity Clearance:Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens. In addition, applicants who accept a conditional offer of employment may be subject to government security investigation(s) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
