RESPONSIBILITIESPart of the Organizational Development department, the intern in Change Readiness intern will be responsible for supporting change management initiatives and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Execute change management plansDraft communications, such as presentations, emails and Frequently Asked QuestionsSupport training executionDevelop surveys and analyze survey dataParticipate in qualitative research, e.g., focus groupsAttend meetings and working sessions, helping to capture action items and notes REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONCurrently enrolled in Bachelor or Master degree program, majoring in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Industrial Engineering or related field, requiredExperience working in Microsoft Office computer programs, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, ExcelProblem solving and strategic thinking abilitiesExcellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
