PURPOSETo work with users and other stakeholders to define, deliver, and support functionality on our Salesforce.com platform. Implement and manage best in class SFDC (Salesforce.com) methodologies to support the Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations organizations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Utilizing SFDC to capture and replace streamlined processes that currently do not exist or that are captured in other locations via other platforms.Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, queues, licenses, and capacityAbility to stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentationFunctional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirementsProject participation from requirements gathering to UAT and implementationManagement of forecasting process via SFDC.This includes creating reporting and dashboards internally and externally. Weekly meetings with the sales team to ensure that the information in the system is upgraded and accurate.Defining and integrating new processes into SFDC.These could be marketing, sales, business development, service, applications, legal, quality tracking, commission etc. Specific examples below:ERP integrationService Support integrationMarketing Automation EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED/PREFERREDThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
