Responsibilities Sales Process Management & Administration:Work closely with Sales Management to provide reports, analysis and target market informationAssist with ensuring process between sales, finance and billing is properly managedMaintain and administer all sales tools including Salesforce CRM and integrated applications. Ability to personally build salesforce reportsReview and understand processes & stages within the sales cycle, partner with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement changesOwn strategy and roadmap for optimizing CRM usage in order to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluate, propose, and prioritize system enhancementsDrive metrics, analysis, and reporting required to establish an effective sales strategyIdentify knowledge gaps. Organize training programs to increase sales reps job knowledge and skillsetMonitor overall performance of sales process flow to ensure seamless operations through process, tools, and technologiesData Governance, Analysis & Reporting:Perform financial analysis of current and prospective deals. Manage deal tracking and approval process to ensure appropriate controls are in placeRefine and enhance a robust reporting and analysis framework that provides actionable insights to drive business decisionsWork with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to define and communicate customer interaction forecasting & reporting, including contacts, opportunities and renewalsProvide automated and custom business intelligence reports and dashboards to managementWork closely with sales management and accounting to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reportingWork with client support & services to maintain and enhance the use of the CRM tools for management of customer engagementsDrive data accuracy – Ensure CRM is up to date including sales, clients, documents, and policies & proceduresRFP/RFI Response & Process Management:Manage all aspects of RFP process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely responseCompile content/inputs from all team members into the final response, assisting RFP owner with the overall quality of the RFPs/RFIsAssist with driving global best practices around proposal qualification and response process Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or in a related discipline5-10 years of experience in sales operations, sales, or project management with heavy sales engagementExperience with managing sales win/loss analysis, proposal and bid managementExperience in the FinTech, Financial Services, or Finance industriesExperience with CRM (ideally Salesforce) including, ability to administer, navigate, create, modify or update objects, workflows, fields and layoutsAdvanced reporting & visualization experienceExperience with RFP/RFI proposal automation softwareCompensationCompetitive salaryFull benefits packagePerformance-based annual bonusQontigo is an equal opportunity employer that offers challenging work in a supportive environment. Direct hires only – no agencies or recruiters.
