Join the team and help feed our city!Internship OverviewThe Sales Ops intern will be working with our CRM (Salesforce) and systems, tools, and platforms to support the Restaurant Sales team. This internship will directly enable the team to run effectively, efficiently, and will support overall business strategies and objectives. Some examples of assignments include data analysis, data hygiene, building reports on sales activity, productivity, etc. You will learn valuable skills that translate broadly to business beyond sales. This role is also perfect for the type of person who is interested in working closely with experienced sales leaders and would like to be exposed to behind-the-scenes data, analysis, and operations of a sales team. Training and guidance will be provided, so no prior sales ops experience necessary is necessary.ResponsibilitiesLearn and become proficient with our primary sales tool: SalesforceFamiliarize yourself with business model and restaurant sales processConduct “data hygiene” which includes: reviewing data-dense spreadsheets, manipulating spreadsheet data with formulas and functions, uploading or migrating data, and more…Updating and reviewing weekly sales reports, dashboards, and data analyticsProviding the Restaurant Sales team with critical insights and analysis of sales dataEngage cross-functionally with Restaurant Operations and Client Operations teamsAbout YouYou should be a fast-learner who is tech-savvy and gravitates towards data and analysis. Regardless of your academic focus, if you like working with numbers and digging into statistics, this will be an exciting and impactful role for you. In addition the following qualifications are requirement or desired:Extreme attention to detail bordering on perfectionismHave a natural desire to learn and willingness to discover new systemsBasic-to-moderate experience and comfort working with spreadsheets is required; higher proficiency is a strong plusAbility to extrapolate and communicate data coherently and accuratelyExperience with data and/or statistics is a plusExperience in sales is a plus, but not requiredExperience/familiarity with Salesforce
