OverviewThis role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Change Management function’s involvement in key business initiatives – including business engagement, communications, identification and implementation of changes to business structure and processes, and training activities. This role will have a significant focus on several of the company’s key change initiatives including HR Transformation and HRIS implementation. This role will also be responsible for supporting internal corporate change initiatives and will be a key contributor to the enhancement of Tiffany’s overall change management capabilities.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Conduct needs analysis, comparing current state to future state processes and proceduresEngage with project team members and key stakeholders to understand organizational structure, business processes, and related roles and responsibilities to identify change potentialBuild collaborative relationships with internal and external teams throughout the entirety of change initiativesParticipate in the business process re-engineering discovery sessions to identify key change impacts and prepare related documentationConduct engagement and readiness assessment with end users impacted by the changeIdentify and manage key stakeholders within the organizationCreate awareness of change by assisting in creating and implementing comprehensive communication plans for all levels of the businessDrive adoption and ownership of change by working with leadership/management teams and end usersProvide Project Management support, including assisting with developing project plans, calendars, and conducting status review meetingsManage risks throughout change initiatives by conducting risk analysis and developing related mitigation plansLead sustainment activities with the project team including Lessons Learned and Strategy EnhancementSupport the development and delivery of training materials as neededAssist with special projects for the Director of Change Management, the VP of Global TalentQualificationsQualifications:College degree required (graduate degree preferred in the field of Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or Business)Minimum 2-4 years of change management experienceSkills to work independently and in a large project team settingAbility to work with all levels within an organization and strong executive presenceExcellent organizational, meeting planning coordination and project management skillsOrganized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player attitudeExcellent communication skillsProficiency in MS Office
