Responsibilities: 1. Implement and optimize novel algorithms/models that lead to improved video compression performance.Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineering, math, statistics, or related fields；2. Interest in video compression and video coding standards, and previous related experience is a plus；3. Strong coding skills in C/C++；4. Ability to communicate/collaborate with other researchers/engineers；5. Ability to think out of box；6. Multi-threading or SIMD programming experience；7. Good understanding of state-of-the-art video compression algorithms；8. Working experience on HEVC；9. Good knowledge of computer architecture.
