We work continuously to help our Management Trainees make their ambitions a reality and to find simple solutions for our clients as we build our relationship-focused firm.Management Trainee Responsibilities: Management Trainee program will include: Learning effective communication with staff and clients, problem-solving, conflict management, and general company operationsBrainstorm ideas with Management team to improve sales margins and implement new processesAttend meetings and shadow account managers to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business and company valuesMaster customer engagement and schedule appointments with prospective clients on company provided leads to developing new business and maintain current relationships Learn our sales process including presentations, product knowledge, regulations, and any new deals or sales promotions Assist customers in selecting the best product for their situation providing exceptional convivial customer service to ensure overall client satisfaction and retentionManagement Trainee Requirements: 1-2 years of sales, customer service, or related field experience Bachelors degree or pursuing a degree in business, sales, communications or related major Team player with a positive mentality towards hands-on coaching Ability to network and work professionally with clients and fellow team membersExemplary communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quick on your feet Energetic self-starter with a track record of determination, achievement, and excellence Impeccable public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to speak loudly, clearly, and concisely without distracting verbal fillers
