This is an entry level position and an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in the Finance Industry. Ideal candidates will have excellent problem-solving skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing investment management firm.  Duties and Responsibilities Download and archive custodial statements for all accounts monthlyReview incoming faxes and mailing dailyProcess proxy voting for accounts through manual ballots or online as neededRespond to various external and internal requests in a timely and professional mannerWork on miscellaneous projects to streamline operations, automate processes, and reduce errorsParticipate in projects to enhance the client experienceEffectively document and maintain processesOther duties as assigned Required Skills/Experience BA/BS requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAble to work independently and in a small group environment, a collaborative attitude is a mustAdvanced Microsoft OfficeA high degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential mattersAble to work in a fast paced environment Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.  California Residents: The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) requires us to inform job applicants about the categories of information Aperio collects about you and the purposes for which Aperio will use your information.
