ResponsibilitiesConfigure, install, and support laptops, displays, printers, and other peripheralsUpgrade laptops and migrate user dataRespond promptly to IT issues and requests, from onsite and remote employeesPerform diagnostics, analysis, and repairs of IT systems as neededAssist with managing user accounts across multiple cloud applicationsConfigure company devices for secure operation, including the installation of security software, software updates, and other configurations as requiredDiagnose hardware and software failures, communicates the remediation plans to users, document solution, and provide status updatesCreate end-user help desk documentation and instructions as neededAssist with troubleshooting and maintenance of corporate network hardwareAssist with audio/video conferencing for company-wide meetingsFollow existing policies and procedures when assisting clients, to ensure proper handling of requests, making suggestions for improvement when appropriateProvide excellent customer service at all times
