Access continues to develop novel IIoT solutions with our revolutionary hardware/software platform which is enhanced by our creative and out of box thinking team.We are looking for a driven and dedicated team member for Sales/Business Development who can leverage our strengths in technology and success in the industries we are serving.Inside Sales SpecialistAs an Inside sales/ Business Development Associate you will be responsible for producing qualified prospects through a variety of sources including current Access customers, prospective customers, leads from our CRM system and our on-going marketing campaigns. The role is a vital one as you will be a major contributor for the organizations sales pipeline, converting leads into customers.Responsibilities·      Identify and analyze opportunities and effectively apply potential Access solutions·      Present and articulate product features, benefits and demonstrate how our solutions can offer better value·      Compile call lists from current customers, prospective customers from marketing campaigns and leads from our CRM database, as well as other sources for use in prospecting.·      Manage customer calls and web presentations·      Coordinate sales efforts with field sales reps·      Work closely with marketing team to run campaigns and drive attendance to key events·      Nurture leads and convert in to customersQualifications and Skills·      Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or engineering·      1-2 years of professional work experience in technology sector, preferably IoT·      Strong communication skills – verbal and written CRM management knowledge·      Post-Sales Relationship Management·      Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes·      Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads·      Experience prospecting to C-level or technical audiences·      Needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
