We work hard and are serious about delivering best-in-class technology to our clients but like to have fun along the way.What would you do all day?Be an e3 champion, maintaining knowledge of existing and new functionality and compliance changesManage a queue of HR, Payroll and Benefits Administration cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impactProvide a memorable customer experience with every contact, ensuring the professional handling of every service requestProvide telephone and email support to internal and external customers Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement solutionsHandle sensitive customer issuesWork with your peers and our Technical Developers to identify solutions or workaroundsPerform efficient incident management while maintaining support quotas It’s essential that you have:2+ years’ experience supporting or implementing HRIS, Payroll or Benefits Administration software solutions Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skillsStrong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issuescollaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal partnersAbility to generate a sense of urgency and engage appropriate teamsSkills to manage urgent issues to resolution in tight timeframes and conflicting/competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on tone, structure, grammar, and spelling in EnglishIt’s preferred you have:Experience working with SaaS software delivery and support Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)What are the benefits?DATIS recognizes that our employees are central to our success.
