Location: Palo Alto,USResponsibilities: 1. Support the implementation of L&D activities;2. Draft L&D related employee communications, including but not limited to emails, newsletters;3. Assist the development of training programs;4. Support new hire onboarding process;5. Support any other ad-hoc projects that are needed to drive learning culture.Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above in business major, HR related is highly preferred;2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbally and written;3. Communicative, good and willing to interact with internal customers to understand their needs;4. Innovative and always looking for ways to improve;5. Good at drawing conclusions from information and able to turn them into practical ideas;6. Able to work independently with strong team spirit;7. Love to learn and eager to explore new things.
