Location: Palo Alto，USResponsibilities: 1. Support the implementation of L&D activities；2. Draft L&D related employee communications, including but not limited to emails, newsletters；3. Assist the development of training programs；4. Support new hire onboarding process；5. Support any other ad-hoc projects that are needed to drive learning culture.Qualifications：1. Bachelor degree or above in business major, HR related is highly preferred；2. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbally and written；3. Communicative, good and willing to interact with internal customers to understand their needs；4. Innovative and always looking for ways to improve；5. Good at drawing conclusions from information and able to turn them into practical ideas；6. Able to work independently with strong team spirit；7. Love to learn and eager to explore new things.
