Location: Palo Alto，USResponsibilities: 1. Bench mark external market and conduct research on Job hierarchy in the US. Implement finings in one of the key areas of HR；2. Consolidate/Integrate materials/experience from US Promotion Trial and HQ and summarize into promotion mechanism and guidance；3. Support the localization of competency model, including English version of competency model, customizing competencies that overseas market need, developing English training materials to help employee better under career development systems；4. Review the current JD, support Job Function Review，Job Mapping, Job Classification associated to each JD etc.Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree or above in business major, HR related major is highly preferred；2. Have entry level of US HR knowledge base；3. Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbally and written；4. Good logic thinking and teamwork spirit；5. Project Management Skill and Proactivity；6. Have big picture and good at learning/utilizing resources；7. Good inter-personal skill and love to communicate.
