This role contributes to improving the Veteran’s lives and working toward a larger mission.ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate can experience a wide range of projects where you can gain experience and skill sets and share your ideas in an environment that values innovation. Our culture is aimed to create an environment where employee’s lean into servant leadership, are encouraged to elevate and are empowered to shift the drift, that is, to be innovative and transformative in career and client service. Support client directors/managers with high-level, cross-functional focus and assistance. Delivery of high quality, senior executive-level deliverables. Evaluate analytical results and develop new and adapted analytical techniques. Prepare briefings, studies and reports for presentation to senior executive level and senior client officials. Provide performance analysis and process improvement using industry best practice methodologies and tools. Design communication strategy products to client stakeholder groups, and build quality briefing presentations, social media postings, and other media. Review and analyze reports involving workload data, performance metrics, and other statistical information for content, completeness, and timeliness, and develop executive key summary information.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:3-5 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant disciplineStrong organization and prioritization skillsPowerful problem solving and analytical skillsAnalyze quantitative and qualitative dataStrong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentationsAbility to work in a dynamic, collaborative and results-driven environmentMeans to build and manage client relationships at all levelsThink strategically to effectively assess and assemble solutions to meet needsMust be a US Citizen or Green-Card Holder in-order to obtain Public Trust ClearanceDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:PMP; Lean Six;knowledge of healthcare;healthcare policy and practice;access to care; population health,legislatively mandated program implementation.CLEARANCE: Public Trust
