Position Description:Serco is Hiring Public Assistance Site Inspectors among several engineering disciplines to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) recovery initiatives in Zone 2 across the Midwest. Site Inspector Mid Level will include professional and non-professional personnel to provide support to state, tribal, territorial local governments, and some private non-profits. Serco strives to provide support quickly and efficiently to FEMA’s mission by providing assistance to those effected by man-made and natural disasters. Pay is a set hourly rate plus GSA-determined location per-diem. FEMA clearance and training will be provided to skilled individuals who have not previously supported FEMA deployments. Site Inspectors are responsible for the design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems. Performs engineering design evaluations. May develop a range of products. Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
