The Brevet Group is a management consulting start-up operating at the intersection of strategy and sales enablement. As an Enablement Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales enablement consulting and sales training services to our clients as well as supporting firm initiatives, such as research, product development, and marketing.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience focused on solving problems using a structured, analytical, and creative approach. A strong interest in the domain of sales performance and being part of small team is a must.Key Responsibilities:Gathering, organizing, and summarizing information relevant to client sales strategy and processesSynthesizing analysis of industry and competitive dynamics, best practices, and customer insights to identify key implications on client selling/go-to-market motionsDesigning, managing, or analyzing customer data, ranging from sophisticated quantitative studies to qualitative researchSupporting in-depth interviews with client management and key stakeholdersQuickly picking up skills and knowledge in new areas, leveraging client, firm and external resourcesCollaborating with other consultants and designers to explore alternatives and develop thinking (e.g., brainstorming sessions)Contributing to the development and storyline of client presentations, including diagnostic assessments, training sessions and project managementAssisting in the design and development of sales enablement assets, such as job aids, messaging, and playbooksEffectively communicating with both internal teams and external client teamsManaging multiple aspects of projects, including defining to-do’s, tracking accountabilities, handling logistical details, and proactively communicating status to clients and internal teamDelivering timely deliverables and other client work, with minimal supportIn terms of organizational fit, it will be important that you…Thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environmentLove jumping right into things with limited structure or defined procedureAre a team player, effectively building consensus and functioning as a team leaderDemonstrate outstanding communications, writing and interpersonal skillsAre excellent in PowerPoint and ExcelTackle problems in an organized, logical, and creative mannerEnjoy a mix of right brain (writing, creative) and left brain (analytical, process focused) workCapable of travel once restrictions are liftedAre comfortable and disciplined enough to effectively operate in a distributed work environmentMinimum Qualifications1-3 years excelling in a field such as sales, sales management, consulting, corporate strategy, marketing, training, or enablementThis position is available VIRTUALLY or in ATLANTA
