ResponsibilitiesBuilding credibility and value in customer relationships through strategic research and preparationQualifying and disqualifying inbound leads using calls, emails, visits, and LinkedInLeading the company’s marketing strategy and implementationAdjusting content of sales presentations by studying individual customer needsContributing to team effort by appropriately involving engineering as part of the sales processClosing deals with existing customers and new accountsRecommending changes in products, service, and strategy by evaluating results and competitive developmentsLearn and leverage traditional and emerging sales and marketing techniquesMonitor and evaluate campaign budgets and performance RequirementsBachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, or equivalentCharacter, coachable, and driven to succeedAbility and desire to learn and get better at your craftOpenness to creative, modern prospecting skillsNegotiation and deal-closing skills, without the hard sellComfortable at a desk or in the fieldStrong presentation and listening skillsBuilding long-term client relationshipsU.S. Citizenship is required Bonus Points!BA/BS from a 4-year university, with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or business administration5+ years of experience in a high performance Business Development roleWorking knowledge of the electronics or a hardware industryPrior sales experience in the automotive, semiconductor, or data center industryFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM This full-time position is based out of our Littleton, MA offices.
