Our Forensic Accounting practice includes: » Business Valuation » Fraud Investigation » Litigation Support & Expert Witness Testimony » Fiduciary & Insolvency Services Job Description: We are looking for an entry level consultant to work on financial analysis and business valuation projects. You will be involved in the development of cases from start to finish; tasks can include data entry, data analysis, reading depositions and contracts, drafting reports and quality control. You will be part of a small office with constant collaboration and peer support from highly capable people like yourself and continuous contact with more experienced professionals. Speaking up, asking questions and challenging apparent solutions are encouraged. You will learn the financial reporting process from initial entry into the general ledger through SEC reporting, valuation theory and its application, as well as methods of detecting financial fraud. These skills have continuing value in any financial endeavor including business school. Candidates for this position should have strong Microsoft Excel skills, strong quantitative analysis capabilities, and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. A background in accounting is not necessary. Continuing education is provided. All majors are welcome.
