The Common Capabilities function is a part of the CSS Chief-of-Staff organization and integrates the below business office pillars supporting all of the CSS products:CommunicationsEmployee Experience & CultureFinancial ManagementManagement Reporting & Data AnalyticsThe Management Reporting & Data Analytics senior analyst will be directly responsible for:Leading product-wide reporting initiatives for FRSS such as Monthly Operating Reports, Scorecards, and other CSS Strategic Priorities Initiatives and providing additional centralized reporting support to other CSS productsExploring opportunities to identify and leverage synergies between products in order to create operational efficienciesDriving adoption of tools and technology including Power BI to deepen analytics and reporting insightsSupporting standardized and ad hoc reporting needs and managing stakeholder communications Utilizing reporting and analytics to support leadership in providing guidance to CSS senior management Partnering with other CSS business, especially EIO&T, and communicate and help drive strategic initiatives downstream to CSSQualifications:Undergraduate degree in Business related areas and / or equivalent experience2+ years experience in business process office functionAbility to multi-task and handle short-term deadlines & conflicting prioritiesExcellent organizational, communication, negotiation and influencing skillsExperience with emerging technologies especially Power BILeadership with the ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detailRelationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiationsResilient and tenacious in order to effectively deal with senior management teamsCommitment to quality & attention to detailKnowledge of Shared Services, preferredExperience managing small scale programs / projects and facilitating changeVery strong analytical skills essentialStrong meeting organization and facilitation skillsExperience and ease in interfacing with Senior ManagementAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products————————————————————–Grade :All Job Level – All Job FunctionsAll Job Level – All Job Functions – US———————————————————————–Time Type :————————————————————–Referral Bonus :5000USD————————————————————–Job Level :C11
