This position is in Tech Transfer & Logistics within Preclinical Manufacturing & Process Development in Tarrytown, NY. There is 1 position for Summer AND Fall 2020 (full time, May/June to December 2020).This student will be relied upon to help manage drug product and research reagent inventory from secured freezers with the use of a LIMS database. They will help receive and fulfill daily product requests to support Regeneron research needs in a timely fashion while providing high quality customer service. He/she may prepare aliquots of drug product and research material while utilizing sterile lab technique to support inventory and requisition needs. They will assist in conducting external shipments of research reagents to collaborators and contract research organizations. They may help assist in expanding value-adding operational performance metrics based on supply chain management practices and devising strategies to improve inventory and distribution efficiencies. They may also assist in developing dashboards to visualize these metrics within a data visualization software. They may also assist in monitoring, planning, mapping, and forecasting of product demands across the organization.Start building your skills at Regeneron.• Must be a sophomore or above• Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent science major with an interest in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics and Data Analytics• Great communication skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
