As a critical member of the Radix Health team, the Client Operations Manager will work closely with our health system and medical group clients during their patient access journey, implementing our solutions and establishing the foundation of long term partnerships. The right candidate will have experience consulting with clients, understanding their needs, and designing creative solutions amid limited internal and external resources. The Client Operations Manager should be able to influence without authority, guide clients toward industry best practices, mentor and manage direct reports, operate independently in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment where workload is often globally distributed.Why You Should Join UsAt Radix, you can make a direct impact on access to care, working with medical groups that provide care for millions of patients annually.You will work on challenging problems with lots of room for growth.You will join a team of people who love what they do, work hard, are intellectually curious, and treat each other with respect.ResponsibilitiesServe as an external consultant/trusted advisor to identify initial opportunities, including design recommendations, to maximize our contribution to patient access and client successLead complex, high visibility enterprise and large-group client implementationsCreate clear visibility into ongoing implementations with current status, dependencies, risks, and timing expectationsEngage with key internal teams (specifically solution consultants, product, and engineering) in order to identify, develop and support successful implementation plansHave a key voice in developing better processes, tools and models that generate successful outcomes within the team and improve operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor of Arts or Science degree required3+ years of management consulting, HIT implementation, or operations experience; management of projects with significant cross functional interdependencies is a plusExperience coordinating with third/external parties on both definition of business problems and development of the associated solutionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
